Re: Important Safety and Installation Requirements for Shelving Systems
This letter serves as a formal disclosure regarding the design, handling, and installation of our shelving products. By accepting delivery of these items, you acknowledge the following safety requirements:
   •    Mandatory Mounting: This shelving system is not designed to stand freely. For stability and to prevent tipping or collapse, the unit must be securely mounted to both the floor and the wall using appropriate industrial-grade fasteners.
   •    Installation Responsibility: AMS is the manufacturer of these shelves only. We do not provide installation or mounting services. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the system is installed by a qualified professional in accordance with local safety standards.

•     Each shelf can hold up to 150 lbs. with a max capacity of 500 lbs. shelving unit.​ 

   •    Handling Hazards: Please use caution during unboxing and assembly. Users should watch for sharp edges and potential pinch points inherent in the metal components.
   •    Limitation of Liability: AMS shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or system failures resulting from improper installation, failure to mount the units, or misuse.
